THE QUADSTEER
QuadSteer Carts are used in conjunction with a tugging vehicle (tugger). They are primarily used to deliver/pickup commodities along a specific route and can remain attached to tugger with multiple carts in tow. Standard QuadSteer Carts are rated for 2,000 pounds each. In tow, each QuadSteer follows inline and tracks each other within inches around corners.

ERGO CARTS
Static Carts or Dolly Carts
are Topper’s most widely used Ergo-Cart™. Static carts are similar to platform trucks. They can be used as a single push cart but unlike most platform trucks they are very rugged and can be tugged with multiple carts in tow. All Static Carts are built with rigid structural steel tubing, sheet metal deck, Ø1-1/4” steel push cart handle, four poly mold-on casters and floor lock.

ROTATION CARTS
Rotation Carts are designed to manually rotate and position parts to minimize over reaching
& lifting. Rotating the unit is effortless, just release the foot actuated detent to rotate and access your parts from any side from one position. The detents automatically lock out every 90° or 180° which secure the rotation top when operator works out of the unit.

TILT CARTS
Tilt Carts are one of kind in the industrial & manufacturing industries, they were first introduced in 2000 as solution for a customer who was looking for a push cart to replace an existing unit that was not proving safe or efficient. The requirements for the replace-ment unit were simple… make it safe and efficient.

TRANSFER CART
Transfer Carts are conveyors on wheels but with the added mechanics and components to function as a Topper Ergo-Cart™. This cart combination greatly reduces the use of forktrucks around line feed conveyors and operators. Either tug or push the Transfer Cart into transfer position (corral) and release container or pallet on to a conveyor line or system. Releasing the pallet or container can be done manually or pneumatically with the assist-ance of gravity to transfer the unit forward or sideways.

CORRAL CARTS
Corral Carts are designed to handle and transport multiple dollies which may hold stacks
of trays or baskets of parts.
Generally, dollies are too small to be tugged, pushed by hand, too heavy to carry by hand so this system of multiple dollies enclosed and secured within the Corral Cart was developed to eliminate unnecessary & inefficient handling processes used to deliver hundreds and thousands of parts daily.

E-CART
E-Carts are similar to Corral Carts but handle larger units like the Static Cart & Transfer Cart. E-Carts are also designed to lift & dock the carts off the ground during transport so the carts can be configured with swivel casters as well as rigid. The lift & dock design allows the tugger to maintain a smooth & consistent pace without drag and eliminates ware on the docked carts. Lifting & docking carts can be done manually with foot or hand hydraulic lift system or can be powered by the tugger itself.
