TILT CARTS

Tilt Carts are one of kind in the industrial & manufacturing industries, they were first introduced in 2000 as solution for a customer
who was looking for a push cart to replace an existing unit that was not proving safe or efficient. The requirements for the replacement
unit were simple…make it safe and efficient.

Using proven methods and components inspired by Topper’s Ergo-Tilt-Veyor™ (non-powered over & under conveyor system),
Topper adapted the use of their patent pending Hydraulic Speed Dampening Cylinder. The cylinder is manually adjustable to
slow the tilt of a fully loaded unit that may weigh up to 2500 lbs. This allows the operator to push the Tilt Cart into desired position
and tilt a load of parts into an easily accessible picking position requiring minimal reach & lifting. In addition to the safe tilt control
the unit is equipped with a spring loaded lock-pin that locks the base in the tilted and upright position. The lock-pin is actuated
with minimal effort by a hand lever built into the Ø1-1/4” steel push handle. Also, the standard structure of all Tilt Carts consist of
rigid structural steel tubing, ¼” steel corner guides, six caster (Toppster™ wheels) configuration and floor lock.

Additional Options Include
• Tilt increments of 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75° or 85°.
• Auto-adjust hydraulic dampening cylinder.
• Hydraulic or pneumatic lift-assist for returning partially emptied loads back to the upright position.
• Rhino lined deck for noise reduction and skid resistance.
• Baked on powder coat for durable long lasting finish.
• Pintle ring & auto coupler tow package.
• Topper easy release hitch & coupler tow package.
• Auto floor brake that requires no floor lock and it can only be disengaged by depressing
& holding the handle lever which will automatically engage when released.
• Lift guides for use with pneumatic or hydraulic lifts.
