TRANSFER CARTS

Transfer Carts are conveyors on wheels but with the added mechanics and components to function as a Topper Ergo-Cart™. This cart combination greatly reduces the use of forktrucks around line feed conveyors and operators. Either tug or push the Transfer Cart into transfer position (corral) and release container or pallet on to a conveyor line or system. Releasing the pallet or container can be done manually or pneumatically with the assistance of gravity to transfer the unit forward or sideways. Transfer Carts are built with heavy duty conveyor sections modified and retrofitted with rigid structural tubular steel frame & guides, Ø1-1/4” formed push handle & floor lock.
