LIFTS / TILTS

Topper Industrial Cart Lifts, (or Scissor lifts), are mechanical lifting devices mounted to the ground. They are designed to lift and optionally tilt material handling carts. The lifts operate using pneumatic or electric hydraulic systems, with carts loaded onto them by rolling over the lifts.

These tables enhance worker productivity and reduce workplace injuries by positioning pallets at optimal heights, typically between 36 to 48 inches. Topper prioritizes ergonomics in their designs, placing the unit load with the Cart Lifts in the ergonomic “Golden zone.”

These Cart Lifts are securely mounted to the floor and feature an engagement guide that ensures the cart remains securely in place during lifting and/or tilting operations, preventing it from disengaging accidentally. They are commonly used in various work cells, assembly stations, and warehouse settings.
